Exchange and Returns
Exchange Policy
Since all outfits are made to order, we do not offer exchanges based on personal preference or dislike of the product. Exchanges are only possible in the rare event that a defective or incorrect item has been delivered, and only if the product is unused and undamaged by the customer. Please note that lawn sales and custom orders are not eligible for exchange.
Return Policy
All orders are final and non-refundable. However, you may request an exchange if you receive an incorrect item, subject to product and size availability. Any exchange or return request must be reported within one week of receiving your order. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer monetary refunds; however, items may be exchanged for products of equal or higher value.
